By accessing this website, submitting an application, scheduling a consultation, purchasing services, or participating in The Inner Peace Intensive™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or services.

2. Services

The Inner Peace Intensive™ is a Reiki-based wellness program offered by Happy Thriving Life Inc.

Services may include:

• Consultations

• Reiki sessions

• Telegram support

• Intake and consent forms

• Educational materials

• Debrief sessions

All services are provided remotely unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Provide accurate information during the application process

• Be capable of providing informed consent

• Participate voluntarily

We reserve the right to decline participation if we believe the program is not an appropriate fit.

4. Wellness Disclaimer

The Inner Peace Intensive™ is a wellness program.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychiatric, or psychological condition.

Participants should continue following the advice of their licensed healthcare providers.

No medical or psychological outcomes are guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions

• Participate honestly and respectfully

• Follow reasonable program instructions

• Communicate scheduling concerns promptly

• Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions

Results are influenced by individual participation and circumstances.

6. Fees and Payments

Program fees are disclosed prior to purchase.

Payment must be received before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are stated in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

7. The Inner Peace Commitment™

The Inner Peace Commitment™ is our commitment to continue supporting clients who fully participate in the program but do not achieve the agreed outcomes of greater calm, clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace.

Eligibility for additional sessions under this commitment is determined solely by Happy Thriving Life Inc. based on participation, attendance, and completion of the program requirements.

The Inner Peace Commitment™ is not a refund policy and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

8.1 Refunds

All purchases are final.

The Inner Peace Intensive™ does not offer refunds once payment has been made.

Instead of a refund policy, participants are covered by the Inner Peace Commitment™.

If a participant fully engages in the program and does not achieve the agreed outcomes of greater calm, clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace, Happy Thriving Life Inc. may provide up to two additional 5-day intensive programs at no additional cost, subject to the conditions of the Inner Peace Commitment™.

By purchasing The Inner Peace Intensive™, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

8.2 Cancellations

Participants may withdraw from the program at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions or remaining program time.

8.3 Scheduling and Attendance

The Inner Peace Intensive™ is designed to be completed through five consecutive daily sessions conducted Monday through Friday.

The effectiveness of the program depends upon completing all sessions according to the prescribed schedule.

Participants agree to attend all scheduled sessions at their designated times.

Missed sessions are forfeited and will not be rescheduled, replaced, refunded, or credited.

Failure to attend a scheduled session may result in the participant becoming ineligible for the Inner Peace Commitment™.

By enrolling in The Inner Peace Intensive™, participants acknowledge and accept the fixed nature of the program schedule and their responsibility to ensure availability for the full duration of the intensive.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, program materials, documents, branding, logos, text, graphics, and educational materials remain the property of Happy Thriving Life Inc.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information regarding the collection, storage, and use of personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Thriving Life Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or participation in services.
